Biological Sciences and Bioengineering (BSBE) along with the support of the Mehta Family Centre for Engineering in Medicine (MFCEM), and the Centre for Environmental Science and Engineering (CESE) have formed an interdisciplinary alliance to steadily climb new milestones in the direction of regenerative medicine and healthcare. Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Kashmir

SKUAST-K, Shalimar is located in the lap of the beautiful Zaberwan mountain range at nearly 10 km from Srinagar city. The SKUAST-K campus is situated on the backside of the world-famous Mughal Garden, the "Shalimar Garden", and is situated on the right bank of the famous Dal lake. SKUAST Kashmir is the sixth-best State Agricultural university in India. It is a leading university in the Hill and Mountain agriculture in the country. The Ministry of Education of the Government of India categorised SKUAST Kashmir as 'Band-Excellent' under Atal Innovation Ranking. SKUAST Kashmir focuses on creating a competent human resources and providing technology back to farmers. University of Kashmir

The University of Kashmir, accredited as Grade-A+ by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) of India and is ranked at 48th and 56th position by NIRF and BRICS, respectively, is situated at Hazratbal in Srinagar. It is flanked by the world-famous Dal Lake on its eastern side and Nigeen Lake on the western side. The University's Main Campus, spread over 247 acres of land is divided into three parts – Hazratbal Campus, Naseem Bagh Campus, and Mirza Bagh Campus (serving residential purposes). Additional land has been acquired at Zakura near the main campus for further expansion of the University. The tranquil ambience of the campus provides the right kind of atmosphere for academics and research.
